    Hello,I am using Windows 11.I am on the Windows login screen and whenever I put in the correct password it gives me a black screen with “The RPC server is unavailable” on it.

    This website seems to provide a solution that you can refer to, if this method does not work. Then I suggest you to overwrite your OS.

    I can confirm my Credential Manager starts. Observing the cautious preparatory steps prompted by this free tool:
