    Hi,I bought a new Aorus laptop with RTX 3070ti and windows 11. And I noticed since day 1 that it freezes randomly, forcing me to reboot the system. It starts with video or game or browser suddenly not moving, but sound keep running if it is a game. And sometimes the cursor will still move while the whole pc is not responsive. And the only way to make it responsive again is by hard restart pressing on power button. I tried windows reset and removed my files. It didn't work. I tried reset again but with cloud installation for windows, and still the issue is there. The fastest way for me to rep

    Mouse Freezing Issue after Installing RTX 3070

    I recently upgraded my graphics card from an RX 580 to an RTX 3070, which was the only change I made hardware-wise to my system. After downloading the latest drivers for the rtx 3070 and rebooting my computer, I immediately noticed that I'm getting this intermittent mouse freezing issue. I tried with both a wired mouse and a wireless mouse and I get the same problem. The freezes are 0.5-3 seconds long and happen randomly every 10 seconds to 10 minutes. What's weird is it's just the mouse freezing - no other functionality freezes as far as I can tell. When my mouse freezes on the screen, videos keep playing and I'm still able to type, open the start menu, etc. with my keyboard. I tried uninstalling the mouse driver in device manager and reinstalling and I still have the issue.

    I've noticed many others having very similar issues but they all differ in some way so I've decided to make my own post. I appreciate any help!

    Mouse Freezing Issue after Installing RTX 3070

    What model computer? Bigger video cards require a more powerful power supply.

    You need a 650w (or 750w for the 3070 Ti) power supply for the 3070. Most computers don't have that big a psu.
