Windows 10: Windows 11 run extremely slow on battery

Hello,I need help with an issue I’m experiencing on Windows 11. The system runs extremely slow on battery, making it practically unusable. However, when plugged in, it runs incredibly smooth. I need to use my laptop in college, but it's not always possible to keep it plugged in. Laptop runs extremely slow on Battery

Hi, I'm using a Asus FX505GE laptop which installed Window 10. Recently, my laptop runs extremely slow on battery. Whenever I plug off the adapter or lets it runs on battery, the Laptop loses mouse pointer and start to run very slow -
ALMOST FREEZING

I tried to use Clt + Alt + Del to run task manager - the mouse pointer appeared again and fluently moved , however when backs to Window, it back to the same conditions and I cant check the task manager.

It won't back to normal even I try to plug in. The only way is reset my laptop while it plugs in then it can run properly.

Please lets me know what happens to my Laptop and the solutions for this.

Windows runs extremely slow when wireless mouse has low battery

Had an interesting problem this morning. Figured it out in about 15 minutes but just want to inquire as to how this happens? Also to spread the information to anyone that runs into this problem.

Using my wireless usb mouse:

pc boots up and let's you sign in to login screen normally. When desktop tries to load it runs extremely slow and would not allow me to open any icons on the task bar. It would let me highlight and click icons, and I could see mouse cursor move and click around but nothing would load. The mouse cursor was moving at normal speed and smooth.

Restarted laptop and same thing happens, runs super slow barely letting me click on anything, programs were loading slow while starting up. I figured out if I use my touch pad all the slowness went away and pc acted normal again. Tried my wireless USB mouse, everything unresponsive and slow.

Wondered hmm maybe a low battery on the mouse is causing this? Plugged in mouse and all was fine. Windows was responsive again and worked properly as soon as I plugged mouse into charger.

Long story short - A low battery on a wireless USB mouse = windows runs extremely slow if using the mouse.

Solution - put wireless mouse on charger/put in new batteries. if you have a laptop try to use the track pad.

 

IE11 runs extremely slow. Is it a virus?

IE 11 runs extremely slow. I suspect there is a virus imbedded in the program. Edge runs fine. How can I reload IE 11 or how can I remove the virus from IE 11. I have MalwareBytes as an anti-virus.
