Windows 11 S Mode and Windows non S Mode transferring changes between the two.

I have two computers running windows 11. One is windows in S mode. When the S mode was set up, i answered no to syncing. I want it to be isolated from any other computer. However, they are both under the same microsoft account, and changes to the non S mode have automatically made changes to the S mode computer. Under account settings, I have recently turned off the back up of apps and preferences across devices. Will this stop the automatic transfer of changes between computers? Is there another way to stop the sharing? I wish it would have been designed that way by default to achieve

Under account settings, I have recently turned off the back up of apps and preferences across devices. Will this stop the automatic transfer of changes between computers? Is there another way to stop the sharing? I wish it would have been designed that way by default to achieve better security. So if there is malware in an app on the non S mode one, is it going to transfer to the S mode which was created to protect from such things? It seems like a back door for unwanted risks, either setting changes or malware.

  3. Windowed mode (No border)?

    Hi all,
What is the difference between fullscreen mode and borderless window mode? Both of them look like standard fullscreen mode. What is the point? Do games run better on borderless window mode? Why does this option exist at all in games?
    Thanks,
    hazazs

    Windowed mode (No border)?

I think I've seen that option in GTA V as well, not sure what purpose it has
