Windows 10: Windows 11 Safe Mode with Networking does not turn on networking

I have a Dell Windows 11 laptop and wanted to get into Safe Mode with networking F5 but when I try that, it's the same as F4, Safe Mode without networking. F6 command prompt also works.In case you're interested, I'm trying to track this problem down and somebody suggested booting into safe mode with networking:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1423947I called Dell and the guy said he's seen it before so it sounds like it's a known problem at least with Dell laptops.Any suggestion from the Microsoft side of things about what I could do to make networking work?

Safe Mode with Networking - No network - No WiFi adapter...

I'm not sure what build they made the change in . I have tried every suggestion I found and nothing worked. When in Safe Mode my wireless network doesn't even show up so I can't choose it as a option.

Edit: I just tried booting into Safe Mode. The network icon had a X in it. When I clicked on it the only option was Airplane Mode.

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10


Please perform the following steps:
1) Make a fresh boot into safe mode with networking
2) Do not logon
3) In the right lower corner click on the network icon
4) Select a Wifi network
5) Once connected to Wifi > logon to Windows

 

Rebooting into Safe Mode with Networking sees no available networks

I'm trying to reboot the system into the Safe Mode with Networking (option 5). However, while regular mode is connected to the network the Safe Mode doesn't connect and doesn't give any available network list.

Any suggestions?
