Windows 11 saying "Some of these settings are managed by your organization" even though...

For some reason, my system keeps telling me that some settings are managed by my organization, but I don't have any organization accounts connected, plus I'm on Windows 11 Home single-language, and it doesn't let me send diagnostic data for my W.I.P build too.specs: Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language Version 22H2 Installed on ‎20-‎05-‎2022 OS build 22623.1095 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0

  2. Can't set lock screen to windows spotlight, it says some settings are managed by my organization. I don't have an organization.

I built a new pc (windows 11), and tried to change my lock screen background to windows spotlight. The problem is, there is a little thing that says some settings are managed by my organization, but I don't have an organization. The closest I have is putting my school email in the mail app, but I in no way gave them access to be the admin of my computer, and I didn't have this problem on any of my other devices that also have my school email. When I look in the accounts settings, there is nothing to suggest that my computer is managed by an organization.
I tried what was said in post 2 of this question, and did what was at this link (suggested in answer 2 of that question). It didn't make a difference, even after i restarted my computer.

  3. "Some settings are managed by your organization"

I'm trying to enable app notifications, but the slider is grayed out, with a message at the top of the settings pane saying "Some settings are managed by your organization."

    • I am not a member of any domain or network
    • The issue has persisted between an antivirus replacement and each of those antivirus programs being disabled
    • I've already tried setting telemetry to "enhanced" and to "full," as many people have suggested, but to no effect.
    • I also do not have the Group Policy Editor, as I am on Home edition, so I am unable to perform any of the fixes through that method.

    What do I do?
