Windows 10: Windows 11 says "0" instead of "12" in 12-hour time

Hi. Why does Windows 11 keep saying "0" instead of "12" in 12-hour time? I didn't change any settings, but I'm still experiencing this.

Windows 10. 12 to 24 hours

To change the time format from 12 hour to 24 hour in Windows 10.

Follow the steps:

• Navigate to Control panel.
• In the category view of the control panel, click on the
  ‘Change date, time, or number formats’.
• Change the short time to HH:mm from the drop down.
• Press Apply to make the changes.
• Now your time format will change to 24 hour format.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with setting the time to a 12-hour format. I've checked the settings and it looks like in some regions, like English (Germany), the 12-hour isn't supported. If that is the case, you won't have the option to change it in the Settings app. However, you can open the Control Panel and see if you'll be able to manually edit the time format there

- Press Windows key + R, enter intl.cpl

- In Region window, click Additional settings... > Time tab

- In the Short/Long time, change the HH to h

Sample 12-hour format:

Short time = h:mm tt

Long time = h:mm:ss tt
