Windows 10: Windows 11 Scheduler Problem

I have several apps set up to start from Task Scheduler. I keep getting error message “The operator or administrator has refused the request 0x800710E0”. I've tried to change a number of settings in Scheduler related to permissions , nothing seems to work. A number of these things are suggested online, but have not find any that work.Selecting the Task and selecting "Run", however, does start the app. I'm running Windows 11. How can this be corrected? All help appreciated, however please keep in mind that all the usual "solutions" seen online have been tried.

Window's Task Scheduler Not Running

Method 1: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with system. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your System
Maintenance.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.

And also ensure that the Task Scheduler service is running.
