Windows 10: Windows 11 - Scrambled Desktop

Windows 7 GUI on Boot Scrambled

My Old brother bought a Windows 7 this day then I want to do a clean installation of my OS.

I set the bios to boot 1st the DVD after the *windows files is loading*... the screen is scrambled on GUI. I can't see what's going on because the screen is totally scrambled.
when I hit the esc key twice it will boot normally just like nothings happened.

what can I do to get rid of that scrambled screen stuff.

Windows 10 scrambling desktop after restart

My Desktop was scrambled this morning. Folders moved and files spread out. i reorganized and restarted. They scrambled again. I ran Malware Antybytes and came up clean. I ran Spybot and came up clean. I restarted and the files scrambled.

There is a new program in task manager i have not seen before syncrolive. agent and syncrolive. service just saw syncro.app.runner

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
