Windows 10: Windows 11 Screen flickering issue after update

Hi,I have two PCs one is intel build, one is AMD build. Both are running Windows 11 and both are on OS version 22621.1265.However, Windows is not getting updating after this OS version. Updates appear in the Windows update, gets downloaded and installed and as soon as PCs are restarted, screen starts flickering after logging in. After that I have to uninstall the update by booting them in safe mode. What should I do? I have tried all the normal things, e.g., Drivers are updated, rolling back and then installing again, sfc /scannow, cleaning up Windows update folder through disk cleanup etc.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Screen flickering after Updating the essential updates for windows 11, 12 Jan, 2023

Could someone please help me to fix the Screen flickering issue on Windows 11 after updating the "Windows update"?

The whole screen is now flickering after the update. Before the only part that is flickering is the bottom part but now the whole screen is flickering.
I already tried the Windows help options to fix he issue, but unfortunately the steps did not fix the issue.

Please let me know how to fix this
