Windows 10: Windows 11 Screen flickering issue - incorrect windows trouble shooting page

I have a brand new Acer Swift 3 laptop and part of the screen sometimes flickers with lines. I updated the display driver, but that didn't fix it. Safe mode doesn't open with any network2. There is no option to open the safe mode with network like some solutions online cite3. After I followed those steps in the safemode, and unable to perform

Screen flickering following auto update to windows 11

Since we allowed windows to auto update from windows 10 to window 11 we have been having issues with screen flickering constantly. We’ve tried the turn off display driver fix that is on the steps for trouble shooting on the MS help but it doesn’t work. Has anyone else had the same issue and can you just revert back to windows 10?

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
