Windows 10: Windows 11 Screen Flickering on Startup

I have an HP laptop running Windows 11 and when I hit the normal "Shutdown" icon the laptop appears to shutdown correctly. However, the next time I switch it on the screen flickers on and off and is totally unusable. To stop this, I can press the shutdown/start button and having shutdown this way, I can then press the shutdown/start button again and everything loads perfectly correctly. This is frustrating as I now have to start the laptop twice every time. Can anyone please help me. Thanks

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
