    Hi,I have a new Windows 11 laptop, but I notice the screen will randomly go black but with the backlight on, and no matter what I press or do it doesn't come back on. I have to do a hard reset. When this happens, the SSD lights on the side stay on and blinking along with other indicator lights. I have my sleep settings off so my laptop never falls asleep. I am thinking this is a issue with Windows 11 software in general. There is never one specific thing that triggers this event. It's happened to me while in the middle of doing something, and when I am doing nothing at all. It's completely ran
