Windows 10: Windows 11 Search Bar and Start Button Not Working

A few days ago the following issues started occurring simultaneously on my laptop- Search button not working, when I click it the search menu pops up briefly before closing- Start button not working, nothing happens when I click it* this might be unrelated to the issue but when I go into my settings and try to access the list of apps and programs to uninstall them, the following shows up on my screen before the Setting app just closes on meFor reference my current Windows 11 Home build version is 22631.4317Any guidance on how to solve this issue would be much appreciated!

Start button and search bar not working

Problem that start button and search do not work has NOT been resolved. I have tried the steps suggested in previous answers but this has not worked. Altogether very frustrating and a big turn off to my opinion of Windows 10. HELP!

Windows 11 Start button / Search bar not working after joining to domain. But Prior it was working as per normal OOB

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
