Windows 10: Windows 11 search box in tablet mode doesn't work

Hi,I'm running Windows 11 23H2, build 22631.2715All fully updated.Surface Pro 7.I have the following issue for the last few months since 23H2, I believe:I open a folder in the Desktop and click on the search box --> the keyboard opens and I can searchI open a folder using a shortcut in the Desktop and click on the search box --> the keyboard opens and I can searchI open the File Explorer using the icon in the taskbar and click on the search box --> the keyboard opens and I can searchI open a folder in the Desktop, open a file, close the file and click on the search box --> no key

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

  Did you receive any error message?

  Did you install any third party security application?

  Which is the build currently installed on the tablet?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to download and install any pending updates that needs to be installed on the computer through Windows update and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

As a work around, I suggest you to try to switch it on by following the below steps:

1. Select the horizontal stripes icon (All Apps) on the bottom left corner of the screen.

2. Select Settings on the menu.

3. Go to System and then click on Tablet Mode.

4. Turn the option ON.

5. Close the window.
