Windows 10: Windows 11 Search doesn't display correctly

As you see I have disabled search indexing in my PC. So I actually don't care about the message "Search indexing is turned off". But can you see it's in the wrong place? It should be on top of the search panel, right? So why is it like this? Is there anyway to bring it "Search indexing is turned off" message to the top again? Or is there anyway to remove it without enabling search indexing? An answer to this is highly appreciated.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I suggest you to run the 'Internet Explorer Performance' troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type 'Troubleshooting' in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All on the top left pane.
• Click on Internet Explorer Performance and follow the on screen prompts for troubleshooting.

I suggest you to try updating the Display Adapter drivers check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to update the Display driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Display Adapter listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.
• Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
• Restart the computer after its updated and verify.

Also try to access the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest display and chipset drivers for your computer and install the same.
