Windows 10: Windows 11 Search, Snippit, GetHelp, and Windows button search feature all won't work

I'm sure it's more than just what I listed, but in the last few days my computer won't work on these things; 1. Snipping Tool, - Snipping Tool launches, but I'm not able to take an actual snippet. When I click "New" nothing happens. I've done a troubleshoot and at one point clicking on "new" actually did something instead of nothing, but instead of allowing me to take snippets it just kept opening over-and-over a snipping blank window without actually working. 2. Windows Search,- Clicking on the magnifying glass on my windows bar does literally nothing, and in addition if I click on the win

To change the default search engine of the Edge browser, follow the steps below:

• Launch the Edge browser.
• Tap on the ellipsis button (...) to open the context menu.
• Tap on Settings.
• Tap on the View advance settings button.
• Tap on the Change search engine button.

HyperSLI (Enabling SLI on non-sli motherboards)

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
