    Windows 11 security center notification icon no longer has a right click menu after recent...


    So after a update yesterday for the authenticated user error apparently now my security center notification icon can no longer be right clicked. All my other icons still work all my start menus etc. its just the one icon. I attempted to contact support only to be met with reinstall windows. installation isnt even 2 weeks old and works flawlessly other than the icon i mentioned. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

    Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
    Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
    Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

    NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
    But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?

    I've already checked that it was enabled.

    I can access the Security Centre fine from the start menu, it's just not there via taskbar.

    A Question About Taskbar Security Notification Icon

    Hello.

    I have the Windows Security Notification Icon enabled in my taskbar. However, I was looking through the Startup Apps menu and it has the Windows Security Notification Icon listed as an option. Why would the icon be considered a startup app? If I have the icon enabled in my taskbar settings then it should appear on startup, right? So why make it an option in the Startup Apps menu? Is that not being redundant?

    Could someone please explain?
