Windows 11 - selection is not bold enough

When I select something in Windows 10, it is bold and gives a good indication of what is selected. But when I use Windows 11, the selected row is so dull that I have to strain my eyes to see which is selected. See the screenshot. Is there some theme setting that I can change to get back the Windows 10 look and feel ? I mean at least the basics like selecting some damn thing. My organization decided to upgrade to Windows 11 for some stupid reason and now we are stuck with all these million bugs and unnecessary changes with Windows 11.

    :)
