Windows 10: Windows 11 Setting - Privacy & Security can not be accessed and notes need to contact IT.

Hello and I hope someone can guide me with this problem I've not experienced before.I began the windows 11 reset function about an hour ago, it ran fine and after the computer completed its set up, I began to go check on settings.I completed all windows updates.Problem statement.When working in the settings I discovered I cannot access Privacy & Security.A popup appeared that made no sense, I've never seen this before-Page not availableYour IT administrator has limited access to some area of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Privacy and Security settings in windows 11 don't respond.

I'm unable to access my Privacy and security settings in windows 11.

 

Access to Windows 11 Privacy and Security Settings

when trying to access Privacy and Security settings (as follows) I get a window that tells me to go to the Microsoft App Store:

Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Windows Security (to any of the selections) I see the App Store window. Here (below) is a copy of the window:

 

Settings freezes when I try opening Privacy & Security (Windows 11)

I tried all these steps and still cannot access Privacy & Security (Windows 11) in order to access windows defender to run full system scan.
