Windows 10: Windows 11 Settings app broken.

Hi, I recently updated my Windows 11. The Settings app has completely broken.1. It's not showing my PC name anymore.2. Wifi settings shows it off. But wifi still working correctly. Same things is shown if I go to 'Network & Internet'3. Audio is always stuck at 0 Volume. But the icon in the taskbar shows it's correctly.4. Windows Update menu completely blank.5. All links in the app is not working.These are the ones I could find. Is there any way to fix these.Some details about my WindowsEdition Windows 11 Home Single Language Version 22H2 Installed on ‎9/‎29/‎2022 OS build 22621.1413 Experi

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Windows Settings broken scrolling.

Tried safe mode (no internet) and get this when going to app settings.





Try resetting the settings app. In the start list find Settings and right click - More - App settings - reset.

 

Many built-in Windows apps broken since late April / early May 2016

Repair Upgrade-Keeps everything including applications,files and data(just like you upgraded from Windows 7/8 to 10 which kept everything)

Clean Install-Removes everything and puts the older windows into windows.old.

You might also go through this to try if the apps work.
