Windows 10: Windows 11 Settings app freezing on Display page

I can’t open the Display settings in Windows 11. The Settings app freezes when I try to access it. The system is new but the problem continues

Windows Weather app won't display maps.

I just upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Now, my Weather app isn't working properly: maps won't display. The other options work normally, but the maps page won't display any maps. All I get is the "eternal roller-coaster".

I have done the following:

• Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter;
  
• Repaired the app;
  
• Reset the app;
  
• Uninstalled (with reboot) and reinstalled the app; and
  
• Tried to find the diagnostics cabinet but could not find it.
  

None of the listed steps helped--I still get a blank maps page. What else can I try to fix the app?

Windows 11 Display Settings Freezing

I am on Windows 11 and have suddenly had an issue with the Display settings not opening up. It doesn't matter if I go via the Settings app or by right clicking on the desktop, I cannot get the Display settings to open. Any tips on how to fix this in Windows 11 when there is no update to the software available?
