Windows 10: Windows 11 settings immediately closes/crashes; ms-settings issue

Hello,I have a problem, that whenever i attempt to open settings, the software opens, although immediately ceases to function. Furthermore, attempting to access settings "App Settings" or changing wallpaper under "Personalize" yields the same result, showing an error:"ms-settings: This file does not have an app associated with it."I have attempted running SFC, running the .NET framework troubleshooting tool and created a new user, all of which do not function.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

setting crashes immediately.

hi there,

I am using windows 10 home genuine, I updated my pc lastly with "upgrade to windows 10 home version 1511".

then after the update successfully and restart and with new window . Just I visited windows update in setting . It showed as windows is up to date. and then just I clicked on "activation" from left pane in windows update window. my setting suudenly crashed.
i.e. it was closed suddenly with clicking any exit option from right top corner. suggest me if, is there any problem in my pc or in the is it the software problem.

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.
  
• 
  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.

Sound card amplification settings

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.
