Windows 10: windows 11 settings , task manager, services not opening or keeps closing when tried to open

my name is ayush lolge recently on my windows 11 setup some programs were not starting or keeps closing. ive tried to reset settings app through powershell but it didn't solved the problem. then i tried to reinstall my windows 11 2h22 through windows media creation tool but it shows error 0x80080005-0x90018.then ive tried to reset my pc through cmd command -systemreset –factoryreset. but this operation also failed by giving error system was unable to perform it.please help me solve my problem.

settings app opens then closes

hi, my settings app in windows 11 opens but then quickly closes. i have tried all the suggested ways of opening the setting app and in all instances the settings app opens but then quickly goes away. please assist

 

Windows 10 settings, and task manager wont open.

My Command (admin) will not open. Command will not open, task manager will not open. All since upgrade to creator edition yesterday.

Since I CANNOT get to Command prompt (admin) none of the above solution will work, obviously.

what next? format c:\*.*?????

There is a solution out there somewhere, right????

 

Unable to open Task Manager, Services or RegEdit...

Hi there,

I first noticed this issue when I tried using Task Manager to close a program that was hugely effecting my computers performance when I came across this error message:





In order to fix that, I tried following the steps on

this post, however couldn't even make it past 3rd step as the same message came up when trying to launch the registry editor!

I roughly know what cause of this was, however, not enough to reverse engineer it - I disabled a service of sorts, and that's all I know of it.
