Windows 10: Windows 11 Settings White/Blank login screen

I've been experiencing a problem with the latest version of Windows 11 related to the Windows Settings account sign-in. Every time I try to sign in, a white or black screen appears. This issue has been very annoying and has persisted for a month. I have tried every possible method to resolve it, but nothing works. Could someone please provide a solution to this problem? I have provided a screenshot related to it.

I have a Asus e303ma laptop Window's 10 was working well until my screen change white blank screen and it did freeze before the white Screen it was the normal Window's 10 Screen. What can I do to clear it?

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
