Windows 10: Windows 11 Setup 0x80070003 - 0x40008

Split from this thread. HelloIm having the same when i want to upgrade from windows 10 to 11 i recently cleaned my computer and when i tried to start it i had some issues with the booting disk partition i guess so i had to insert a usb flash drive with windows just so i can get to cmd and did some commands and it finall got me to windows but now as im trying to update to windows 11 im having the same problem 0x80070003 - 0x40008

Reboot Windows.

Re-run Windows 11 setup. Post fresh setupact.log if the setup doesn't succeed.

(If that doesn't help, we may need to rebuild the EFI partition via WinRE.)
