Windows 10: Windows 11 setup "there was a problem running this tool" error when i try to install...

When I try to download windows 11 on my 64gb usb it shows that error code

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

ATI tool error occured`

Everytime i install Ati tool,once i restart my computer,a box will show me that the error occured when open ATI tool,i have try a few version,but the problem didn't change.It just keep tell me that it encounter a problem when open ATI tool and ask me to send error report.
What is the problem?I had already try format my computer and install the other version of Window XP but cannot run it also.
