Windows 10: Windows 11 should stop counting ~$FileName.extension Office files as regular files

Discus and support Windows 11 should stop counting ~$FileName.extension Office files as regular files in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Office created temporary files named ~$FileName.extension ex. ~$Word.doc shouldn't be counted as regular files as they don't show in the explorer view...   1. Windows 11 should stop counting ~$FileName.extension Office files as regular files


    Office created temporary files named ~$FileName.extension ex. ~$Word.doc shouldn't be counted as regular files as they don't show in the explorer view even with the show hidden file option enabled. Counting them as regular files just messes up backup and folder compare strategies. Ideally Office should delete such files when not needed but, on many occasions, they are left behind and the only way to get rid of them is to use "del /AH filename", after one figures out the existence of such files use "dir /AH" via the command prompt.
