Windows 10: Windows 11 Shows blackscreen before login

after i installed a new driver for my Nvidia rtx 3060, as soon as i start my pc after the motherboard loading or whatever it´s caled the screen tuns black and when i "wiggle" my mouse the cursor shows as a loading thing. i tried to open the taskmanager and many other things like the auto repair but none of it worked and now i cant use my computer or shut it down without "forcefuly" shutting it off holding the powerbutton.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Windows 10 blackscreen pop up

Hello, everytime i boot up my pc and lock screen apears, blackscreen shows up for 1sec and dissapears, everything worls normally but always before i login i get blackscreen for 1 secound, is it normal?

 

Random blackscreen after logging in task manager NOT working and safe mode still shows a blackscreen

As I said I tried these steps except some because I have to acces my desktop through Safe mode but unfortunately I can't it still showing blackscreen, thank you even if it didn't help me but you tried have a good day !
