Windows 10: Windows 11 sign in issue

Hi there,I recently experienced a sign-in problem with my laptop. I had the facial recognition feature enabled and used it to sign in. The system couldn't recognize my face because of dim lighting. It then asked me to enter my PIN, which I don't have. I clicked on the "forgot PIN" button, and it said it would send a code to my email. But the problem is that the email address which the code was sent to was deleted by me a few months ago. I edited my Microsoft account info, and entered my new email address on my desktop. My new email address is visible on my desktop, but for some reason is sti

If yes, Please follow below suggestions:

What happens when you try to sign to Windows Store?

Please give us the complete error message if any.

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
