Windows 10: Windows 11 sign in issues after upgrade

Hello,I recently replaced my cpu and mother board. After the upgrade, I updated to windows 11 Home. Now my microsoft account is giving me error 0x8007000e or It will say something went wrong and please try again. After some searching, I think it has to do with windows activation. I bought a Windows 11 Pro key to activate. I'm now getting a separate error when using the key. Error code 0xc004f050. I don't know what else to do.

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
   

 

Sign in without p/w issue

Did a clean install of Windows 10 and updated it to the version shown.
Trying to eliminate the need for p/w at sign in, I ran netplwiz as I have always done.

Top USER ACCOUNTS is from the Install I've been upgrading for a long time
Bottom USER ACCOUNTS is from today's clean install on another machine

There is no:
"Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" to uncheck
in the clean install
I have never seen this before and can't by pass the sign in p/w step

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
