  1. Windows 11 sign in not showing up after disabling application startup

Recently I disabled some startup settings for applications for better performance of my computer. But when I restarted ny computer I couldn't log in since there was nothing showing up. I tried the safe mode booting but still didn't work. I would like to know what I can do in this situation.

    :)

  3. Completely disable skype on startup?

If a Skype application is visible on background process under Task Manager, it's possible that one of your application is automatically signed in upon start up. To prevent this from happening, follow these steps:

To disable start up on Skype

    • Open Skype application.
    • Select Tools.
    • Click on Options.
    • Select General settings.
    • Uncheck the Start Skype when I start Windows option.

To log out of Skype preview

    • Open Skype preview.
    • Click your profile picture.
    • Select sign out.

Note: You'll need to log back in if you wish to use either of the application.

Let us know if you need further assistance regarding your Skype application.

Windows 11 sign in not showing up after disabling application startup

    Startup Applications Automatically Getting Disabled

In Windows 11, what seems to work for me is not to use task manager for startup, but instead, settings.

Go to settings. Then Apps. When you open apps, you should see startup at the bottom of the list. You can enable or disable those startup apps.

I'm no expert at this, and I do not know how all those apps appeared in the startup list? Or how to add new apps to the startup list. However, those you enable do seem to run at bootup.
