Windows 10: Windows 11 sign in you need internet for this

I am trying to sign in to my account to use windows, however, I am granted with a message that says you need internet for this. I have an ethernet cable connected but all that is said is Action Needed and I cannot do anything about it. My pc isn’t cabable of WIFI so I’m puzzled.

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.

  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.

  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.

why won't explorer 11 let me sign into ebay?

I appreciate if you could answer to a few questions to narrow down to the issue.

• What exactly happens when you try to sign in?
• Is the issue specific to a particular website?
• Did you try the same from a different browser?
• Did you install any third party security application?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to clear the browsing history cookies and caches and check if the devices are reflecting under the account.
