Windows 10: Windows 11 slow and stuttering on startup

Good morning everyone, I recently assembled a new PC and installed Windows 11 on it, and I’m experiencing some boot issues: Every time I start the PC, about 20-30 seconds after turning it on, the system starts to slow down. The window animations when I move them stutter, it takes extra seconds to open applications, and strangely, if I try to play a video on YouTube, it plays in slow motion with the audio stuttering.These problems occur almost every time I boot up and can last anywhere from 1-2 minutes to 10 seconds without any apparent reason.I’ve disabled almost all the startup apps, keepin

I understand you have Mouse stuttering at startup.

1) Since it happens at Startup the first thing I'd do is Establish a Clean Boot to get rid of Startup freeloaders that can hog resources and cause issues by conflicting:

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Slow Startup

Does anybody know why I am having really slow system startups? I don't have extra startup programs than I use to have. The only thing that I think it could be is my antivirus program. I use AVG now since I reformated 2 days ago..and every since then, I have a really slow startup..I don't know if that is the reason..Does anybody have any suggestions, on how to speed my startup? I use to be able to be on my desktop screen in like 35-40 seconds at most. And now it is way over a minute. Any help would be gr8.
