Windows 10: Windows 11 slow...

Windows 11 slow and all I see is people saying the same things and this is not true. I duel boot windows 10 and 11. 10 is fast 32gb of ram and IntelR CoreTM i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz - I want someone to acknowledge windows 11 slows down even good pc's and the fact that 10 runs perfect and the same PC rules out any of the rubbish advice. I want Microsoft to acknowledge this and make a fix for it 32.0 GB 31.8 GB usableWindows 11 Home22H2 16/‎12/‎2022OS Build 22621.1265Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
