Windows 10: Windows 11 slowed my AMD Laptop extremely

So, I've been using an HP 15 series Notebook HP-15-bs0009nl with the following specsAMD A9-9425 Dual-Core Processor 3.10 GHzAMD Radeon R5 Graphics8 GB DDR4 1866MHz RAMWindows 11 Home Fully Updated256 GB NVMe M.2 SSDI do have TPM 2.0 and a UEFI BIOS. Yet it indeed showed as incompatible. But either way, I got Windows 11 installed just after the release date. I've heard about this bug on AMD processors that says it slows down the entire PC. But They say it's only Ryzen Processors. My laptop is extremely slow now unlike when it was on Windows 10. It's 100%, not a Virus, I ran scans and I even

Jumplist sometimes extremely slow

I bought a new laptop with Windows 10 recently.

Only after a few days, the jump lists started to get extremely slow.

But they behave that way just for a while, then they work as they should again.

When slow, it takes several minutes for the jump list to appear. It is extremely annoying. Especially e.g. when I have opened a remote desktop and want to open another one via the jumplist.

I had exactly the same problem with my old Windows 7 PC and assumed that I would get rid of that problem,
changing both PC and OS, but no.

I do not want the standard answers to this problem:

- Disable Aero

- Clear the (Explorer) Cache for Jump lists

- etc.

It is definitely something else. I mean, how would the jump list cache get full after only a week? And why does the jump list get slow only sometimes and then suddenly works just fine again?

So please, give me an answer that takes this into consideration.

 

Extremely slow pc suddenly windows 8.1

Windows 8.1 suddenly my pc is extremely slow any suggestions please

 

Extremely slow Win10 with constant 100% disk

My Dell Inspiron 3147 (11 inch) continuously preforms extremely slow at everything; from loading Windows initially to logging in to opening programs...

Doing anything from a USB flash drive is much faster, however, for some reason.

So I checked task manager (with nothing else open on a fresh install) and disk usage was 100%, no matter what I did, with speeds extremely slow as well.

I'm not sure if my drive is fried or corrupted, but is there a way to solve this? I don't think it is fully broken if this is still bootable.

EDIT: All the specifications listed on my account are the same for this specific system.

(Also, running Ubuntu off of a separate USB stick, not touching the main drive, worked at expected speeds too. This supports that it is a drive issue.)

tl;dr: Laptop is extremely slow with the drive being at a constant 100% usage. Everything but the drive runs at normal speeds.
