Windows 10: windows 11 sometimes f6 button won't lighten screen

Windows 11, version 23H2 on Acer aspire 5Sometimes the screen appears dark - maybe I have reduced it I am never sure but the f6 button won't lighten the screen. I try the f5 to see if somehow they have got swapped but at those times the f5 doesn't do anything. If I reboot the problem is fixed, but shutting everything down is a real pain. I am connected to mains power so it is not a battery problem.Any suggestions please?

cortana won`t talk to me

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

Any workaround to solve this issue??
