Windows 10: Windows 11 Sometimes Slow/Unresponsive After Sleep Or Start-Up

I Was Using Windows 10 Up Until Now, And Recently I Upgraded To Windows 11 24H2 And Theres This Issue I Have Noticed, Sometimes After The Laptop Wakes Up From Sleep Or Startup It Feels Super Unresponsive, It Takes 10 Seconds For An App To Open And When I Drag The App Window Around It Is Super Laggy like its moving in 10fps i have a 144Hz Monitor, But The Moment I Touch The Trackpad. It Fixes The Issue And Its Starts To Be Normal Again Fast And ResponsiveThis Issue Never Occurred in Windows 10, Only In Windows 11Idk What The Issue Is, But It Seems Like An Issue With Windows 11 I'm Not Sure

Windows 11 PC Sleep Mode Issue: Unresponsive Wake-Up and Fast-Spinning Fans

I am encountering a problem with my Windows 11 PC where it fails to wake up from sleep mode. The only solution I've found to turn it back on is by manually switching off the power supply and then switching it back on. Additionally, I've noticed that as soon as I initiate sleep mode, my computer's fans start spinning at a high speed. This issue began occurring randomly, and I have not made any recent updates or changes to my system.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken So Far:

1. Checked for Windows Updates: I ensured that my Windows 11 is up to date with the latest updates and patches.
   
2. Driver Updates: I have also verified that all my device drivers are up to date.
