Windows 10: Windows 11 - Sound output cannot be change when bluetooth device connected

Hi, My Laptop occur a sound playback issue. Windows 11 cannot change the sound output device automatically when Bluetooth speaker connected. Settings>Bluetooth & devices showing the speaker is connected but the Sound Playback shows the speaker Disconnected any grey out the symbolTroubleshooting the Bluetooth audio then Win11 reset or reboot the Bluetooth and done but nothing changed. I had uninstall and update the speaker driver still same result. Bluetooth mouse and keyboard are normal, only occur problem when connect audio device. Please help to fix it.‍ Cala'

Bluetooth Speaker connected but not listed as Sound Output Device

Hi,

So as the title suggests I have a Gravastar Mars Pro speaker which I want to use with my Windows 11 Pc. The speakers had originally worked for me on Windows 10, However, since updating to Windows 11, whenever I go to use them they do not appear as a sound output device, even when they are connected to Bluetooth.

I have tried:

- Using the Gravastar speaker on my iPhone and Macbook Pro, which works just fine

- Other Bluetooth speakers (Oontz Angle 3 DS98) and they connect and play sound just fine.

- Updating my Bluetooth & Audio drivers.

- Using the "playing audio" Troubleshooter and selecting the Gravastar speaker, in which it states " This device does not appear to be plugged in"

- Using the "Bluetooth" Troubleshooter which lists "Check Bluetooth Radio Status - Fixed" every time I run this.

- Selecting the "More Sound Settings" which I can see the speaker listed, however, it appears as "disconnected" and selecting "connect" does nothing.

I currently have Bluetooth through my motherboard (B660 Aorus Master (Rev. 1. x)).

I'm not sure what to even try anymore and am getting very close to wiping the entire computer and seeing if that will solve the issue.

Bluetooth Device Connected But Doesn't Appear As Audio Output

I have a Insignia NS-SB216 soundbar. This morning it was connected and working fine. Then for whatever reason my PC crashed and I had to restart. Now the soundbar is connected but it doesn't appear as a sound output device so I have no sound. How can it
be connected but not be selectable as an output? Instead I have "streaming microphones" and the monitor listed (the latter doesn't even have speakers). I have turned Bluetooth off and on and removed the device completely and reconnected. It's still connected
but no matter what I do it will not be listed as an output device. Now I have no sound due to a random crash.

 

Making Bluetooth headphones the audio output device

I finally got my Bluetooth headphones to connect to my PC (Windows 10) but I'm not getting any sound through them. When I try to change my audio output device to them, I don't see them listed. I do see them under Bluetooth devices in Device Manager.
