Windows 10: Windows 11 sound problem

Hello, sometimes my computer has no sound when playing YouTube or Netflix. When this problem occurs, the video playback becomes not smooth. The problem is resolved when I change the audio output to another option and then change it back. I have already tried a clean installation of Windows, but the problem persists. This issue is annoying me, and I don't know how to fix it. What can I do to resolve this problem? I have recorded a video demonstrating the issue, but I am unsure if I can upload it to YouTube and share it here.Here are the specifications of my computer hardware:- CPU: AMD 7800x3d-

• Do you get any error message?
• In which browser are you facing this issue?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

Sound problem

Hi,

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
