Windows 10: Windows 11 Start Menu and settings do not want to open.

When logging into my computer I notice that when I click on the start icon on my taskbar it does nothing. I have restarted my computer multiple times and left it off for an hour or so. That is when I noticed that when I right click on the start icon, I get some quick tabs and tried to go to settings. It shows that I have settings open but when I click on the icon doesn't do anything either. Setting is not working and not even the search bar doesn't open. I have also done the Windows + R and tried to scan and reset but nothing is working. Is there any way this could be fixed. I updated my wind
