Windows 10: Windows 11 start menu freezing After Sleep

Hello,Got this new laptop with w11 a month ago, one thing I noticed is that after it wakes up from sleep from being inactive or closing the lid the start button and google chrome won't work, and many times neither windows explorer.They remain in a freezed state, even after restarting windows explorer. I have the issue and for chrome I have to close and open it multiple times until it cranks up. Also the taskbar apps will appear invisible after sleep.Thanks.Specs:Lenovo gaming 3ii711370hIntel iris xe + gtx1650W1123H2 - last update installled in june/2024.

Windows 10 Start menu issue

yeah I've been less than happy with the start menu also.
for me I for me I get freezes in start menu, especialy returning from sleep...which reminds me sleep is such a pain in the butt since I switch to Windows 10. Either waking up on its own, or system freezes when recovering from sleep

Stardock was a nice switch from vanilla, but i wasnt gonna buy it and 30 days goes by quick.

 

Windows 11 start menu 'suggested list' does not show files.

After deleting a file from the Windows 11 Start Menu "Suggested List", it does not appear in the "Suggested List" even if the file is used again.

Is there any solution other than initialization? I want you to tell me.

 

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
