Windows 10: Windows 11 Start menu problem: Account

When I tried to click the three horizontal dots in the start menu options are sign out and account settings, maybe, it automatically closes by its own without animation.I cannot show the picture because it fails to upload.I also tried to do it on the safe mode but it still the same result. Now I cannot change users on my PC.Even deleting and adding user using netplwiz, ITS JUST THE SAME.

  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit

• Is the computer connected to a Domain/Organization’s network?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?

Method 2: Re-register Start Menu



We can try re-registering the Start Menu using PowerShell. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + X, and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Paste the following command and hit Enter:
   Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Once the command is executed, restart the computer.
   

Method 3: New user account



We can create a new user account and check if the issue persists. Refer the steps mentioned in the article

Windows 11 start menu 'suggested list' does not show files.

After deleting a file from the Windows 11 Start Menu "Suggested List", it does not appear in the "Suggested List" even if the file is used again.

Is there any solution other than initialization? I want you to tell me.
