Windows 10: Windows 11 Start Menu Slow to Start Due to Web Elements

So I have a pretty powerful Windows 11 system, but in the past two weeks I've noticed that the windows search menu lags like crazy when I try to open it. Specifically, when I click into the search area, it pops up with a line at the top indicating loading and either the window is pure white or gray with a code listed in the bottom right. i.e. 2024.09.18.49726085.CA.en-USI would attach a screenshot, but the forum will not let me for some reason.If left long enough 5-10 seconds it will load up the search menu.If my computer is connected to the internet it is a 1 in 3 chance whether the sea

Windows 11 start menu 'suggested list' does not show files.

After deleting a file from the Windows 11 Start Menu "Suggested List", it does not appear in the "Suggested List" even if the file is used again.
