Windows 10: Windows 11 Startup Loop

Windows 11 is stuck in a startup loop. I am running an ASUS g14. I had recently created a restore point, but since then, my PC had two OS partions on startup. Both were called Windows 11 Volume 3. Wanting to be sure I deleted the correct one, I selected the non-default partition. Now, when booting, the screen shows the ROG logo, and never gets to load Windows. If I could get to advanced startup, I could select the default partiton, and delete the other, but I am not sure how to get to advanced startup at this point. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Windows 11 startup loop error

New to Windows 11, and I am having the Startup loop I problem, so I have watched multiple Windows 11 videos on YouTube on how to fix the problem which allows me to access Windows 11 but once I reboot my system it is back so what is causing it The Malware F8 bottom gets me to Windows but doesn't solve the problem
