Windows 10: Windows 11 Startup Menu all programs are inside folders

Hello. So my friend startup menu is looking like this, for some reason every program is inside a folder, instead of the icons apprearing "normally", of course if you go inside the folder the icon and app are there. She payed someone to formatted her PC from Linux to Windows 11, so maybe some configuration was done, or the guy used an program to install a lot apps and the program put them in folders. Anyone have any idea what was done or can be done to the programs appear normally on the startup menu?? Thanks for the help.

Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

Create a shortcut to the program you want to start in the "Startup" folder in the start menu. You might have to create the shortcut on the desktop first, then drag it into the Startup folder.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why- Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated. Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps Step 6- Doesn't work. Thanks for trying - - - Updated - - - @dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.
