Windows 10: Windows 11 Stops responding w/ no error thrown

Hello, My Windows 11 system will stop responding once or twice per day. Mouse and Keyboard will work but nothing is clickable and if you are able to get a window to load, there is no content within and is blank. on top of this. any video and audio playback will freeze and i am unable to use the system until I reboot the system. The issue started soon after when I upgraded to 23H2. At first i assumed that it was an issue with system sleep as this has been an issue in the past but soon found out that the system would stop right in the middle of me using the system. I have tried to adjust the
