Windows 10: Windows 11 Stuck at 31%

I install the last release version of Windows 11 on the Windows Insider Program and my Surface Pro 4 work perfectly but since I have a problem with some apps I decide to uninstall and wait for the full release of the OS to my surprise Windows said that my Surface cannot be upgraded even when I was using before and give a warning after I agreed with the install warning the installation to begin but keeping stuck at 31% I left the computer on overnight and did not progress from the 31%. Does anybody have any advice on how to install it?

Why is chkdsk stuck at 11%

I would suggest you read these, then decide how to proceed. Note 11% is a figure that has been observed.
Also consider with which parameters you are running chkdsk, and the comments about patience and time.

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )
