Windows 10: Windows 11 stuck at 99% whilst resetting. It’s been nearly 24hrs….

Hello!Last Wednesday I wanted to factory reset my laptop HP Notebook 15 da0072na but I started it late in the evening. When I woke up, it hadn’t finished but I had to go to school. For safety reasons I took it off charge and when I came back, I got a message along the lines of - windows couldn’t reset all your personal data, if you want to give the device away, we recommend resetting again. I said okay fine so I logged in and everything during the weekend and prepared to reset againIt’s currently Sunday 11.12am, I started resetting yesterday, Saturday around 1pm…… it’s been stuck at 99% sin

Windows 10 resetting for longer than 24hrs

My situation is that, since yesterday's afternoon I started resetting my Windows 10 PC, and it got stuck on 11% until 7pm ish, I guess. Then I checked, it jumped to 99%, so I thought the reset would be finished quickly. When I went to bed, it was still 99%,
so I thought "hey just leave it overnight the thing will work out when I wake up."

So now it's 9pm, the PC is resetting itself for more than 24hrs and the screen still says 99%.

Is there any good solution to this?

I want to force shut it down and turn it on, but will that harm/destroy my PC? I only have this one and I really need to use it!

Factory reset stuck at just a moment for 24hrs

Hello,

When i performed factory reset in my alienware laptop it got stuck at just a moment blue screen for more than 24hrs.

There is no usb device connected, restoring from hard drive only.

Tried switching off wifi and restarting, again after alienware logo goes of, it turns on wifi and goes to the just a moment blue page.

Please help stuck for more than 24hrs.

 

Resetting this PC stuck at 99%

I wanted to reset my PC to give it a fresh start and then it got stuck at 99% for more than a hour now please help me.

My operating system is Windows 11 Pro.
