    Hey, recently my gpu stopped working, so I replaced it. after doing so bios corrupted and I replaced the motherboard in my pc. After doing so I had to re install windows 11. Now after installing it windows 11 doesn't boot into the login page, and it just shows a spinning circle loading circle. Is there anything you can do to help me? - Just to clarify, the spinning circle is my mouse as if it is loading something, the mouse cursor turns into a blue spinning circle when booting the pc; oddly. Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

    I installed windows 10 on my laptop 2 days ago. But, when i boot, i always stuck at the spinning circles for hours. I've tried to reset my pc in the troubleshoot but it didn't help. System restore also didn't help. I can enter the safe mode.

    Windows 10 Stuck At With Spinning Circle after Upgrade

    I unplugged the wireless usb receiver and the installation continued. It was stuck at about 70%. The anniversary update finished ok. I didn't have to restart. Restarting the pc when the circle is spinning caused Windows 10 to roll back to the previous
